The company was originally formed with the intention of offering an unique service which you can rarely find anywhere else in the country. Our range of services is very vast but what we are most proud of is that we can match you with a bike that suits your height!
At the beginning, we noticed that riders found it very hard to find a suitable motorcycle that fits both their size and ability. We had personally witnessed newbie riders changing their minds on the whole think because they were unable to find anything that accommodated their size. Bikes at a standard size left some people at times unable to touch the floor, making the dimensions of the bike completely unsuitable.
Founder Dave Rose, looked into methods of altering the motorbike in a safe way to allow the bike to fit the rider, and not of forcing the rider to fit the bike. This turned into a lengthy task but with Dave’s strong engineering background he set to work and in the end he developed his own method of lowering the bikes in the correct way, ensuring that the bike fits the rider perfectly. How can he do that? You may ask yourself, well all it takes is a custom alteration and suddenly your bike which may have been either too big or too small now fits perfect. This simple alteration allows all riders to get the most out of their bikes.
Many people are not so confident at riding a bike due to the sheer size of it but you needn’t worry no more – we do everything in our power to ensure you are not forced to compromise! This in turn, gives you the confidence to get out there and ride with the best of them. When the time comes to upgrade your bike however, we can remove the lowering part, essentially resetting your bike to factory settings and maximising your trade in value.

Power is great but it’s not the be all and end all. The changes we make to your ECU will improve your bike in many more ways than just top end BHP, although we do appreciate that for bragging rights, everybody wants to know what power their bike is putting out.
What’s actually just as import as power is the torque, the correct fuelling, smooth power delivery, an efficient burn that isn’t wasting fuel, and overall a smooth running and perfect fuelling bike at all levels of RPM.
We aim to get a smooth power curve, with increased BHP and torque, and a bike that rides better with a really good, smooth power delivery. You’ll get extra horsepower, which most people are hoping for, but you’ll get a bike back with a great midrange that is much more usable too.
The ECU (Engine Control Unit) controls the amount of fuel and ignition advance and other parameters an internal combustion engine needs to run under the current conditions. The ECU does this by monitoring inputs including throttle position, rpm, gear position, air temperature and coolant temperature.
Stock ECU’s generally are far from optimal and are developed to allow for a wide range of riding styles, fuel quality and operational conditions. The result of this is often a compromise resulting in suboptimal performance. Significant improvements can be achieved through correcting the stock ECU’s deficiencies and tuning the engine to take full advantage of it’s potential.
New to DRS MAX Racing in conjunction with Woolich Racing – ECU Flashing is the process of updating the software that runs on your bikes ECU. This allows you to change various maps and settings in your ECU and significantly improve the performance of your engine. The Woolich Racing Tuned software works with our products and allows you to make changes and flash the new software to your bike’s ECU.
